Biscuits were dry and crumbling or were hard!! Incorrect big breakfast meal for the 3rd time. Do better McDonald's

The McRib was disappointing. It tasted a lot better back in the day, but it doesn't still stop me for just having a McRib. The bbq sauce doesn't cut it. But each one their own...it was a lot better taking many many years ago when I was a teen.

I am giving a rating of less than 5 stars for just the 2nd time. Both times have been with McDonald's. I gave two stars instead of zero or one because the food has been great. The problem is that this McDonald's constantly leaves items out of our order. Recently, they forgot our 2-pack of Apple pies, and many times they have not put in our condiments. Condiments would not be a big deal except that on DoorDash you must pay for them. They charge .79 for each syrup pack, which is ridiculous to begin with, but, when you order/pay for 3 of them, and they don't even put them in your order, it is beyond just frustration. Then, today, they left out the first, and most important, item on the order. It was a Large Premium Roast Coffee. As I said before, the food has always been very good, and I do not want to stop ordering from them. However, I can NOT keep paying for items that I will never receive.
