The food is always hot and fresh! never had a messed up order or forgotten items, and sauces I've requested always included, napkins always included and food and drinks always packaged nicely so nothing ever spills or gets damaged! gotten food from this location a few times and they never disappoint, have had zero problems.

Mocha was missing. Big Mac® Meal had half empty fries, missing straw for drinks. We order often, and it is always like this from this McDonald's.

this is the 4th time this particular location either left out items or sent incorrect items. I know they are busy and they all are professional, but quality control is lacking. Perhaps the employees are stretched too thin and need help? please look into that McDonalds.
