Coffee tasted burnt, or like it had been on burner for long time. Typically it doesnt taste like this so I was a little surprised, but was really needing a good cup of coffee since i had run out of my morning staple.

The coffees used to be made properly up until a few months ago. please retrain on how to make a French Vanilla coffee with CREAM AND SUGAR. Apparently it's not as easy as I remember from working there. Everything else, especially the bagel, was perfect.

bag was soaked bec caps werent put on tightly for the coffees. so with my large coffee w the espresso shot, i only got half of it. the 2 others were low too. none of the caps were pressed on well. felt bad for the dasher.

The food here is yummy especially the caramel frappe and fries are the best .
