I enjoyed my Double Cheeseburger . The burger tasted grilled and juicy.
The French Fries were salted just right.

Ordered 2 Cheeseburger Meal and 6 Piece McNuggets and both cheeseburgers had rock hard inedible buns, our large fries were completely forgotten, and we got the wrong drink so we paid $20 for only 6 chicken nuggets at least they remembered the ranch so thats what the 1 star is for cause even the nuggets werent great

I don’t know what game plan you guys have for preparing in monitoring your food preparations, but this is absolutely disgusting. The food smells extremely sour. There is liquid dripping from my patty. It looks pink. I honestly do think you guys should close your stores after 5 o’clock cause for the last five times I’ve ordered from this location. The food has always come out. Disgusting and appetizing. After five the fries are always hard and stale. You guys used to be my comfort food now you guys only bring me nightmares. I actually cheer inside when I receive my order from vestal instead of Endicott

the Chicken Big Mac® Meal felt and tasted like it was sitting for hours before being put in a bag for me. the bun was rock hard, the lettuce was all brown and old, and the chicken was stale. only gets two stars because the nuggets were fine

The nuggets were okay, they gave extra sauces which was nice. However, the 2 large fries were under salted and severely undercooked. Almost to the point of just eating a warm thawed batch of fries with no crunch.
