Arrived hot and fresh, Sausage Egg McMuffin had the extra cheese added, egg Egg McMuffin had the extra Canadian bacon. Both were delicious!

The sausage & Egg McMuffins® were delicious. I ordered them without the muffins and with an extra round (whole ) egg. As like all McDonald's meat patties, the sausage patties are very thin.
I also ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin® Meal which included the sausage and egg (plus an extra round egg) sandwich without the muffin, a potato patty which got tossed in the trash since we're limiting our carbohydrates and refined oils, and a small medium roast decaf coffee. We had never had a Donald's coffee before and it was surprisingly good.
The reason we ordered this particular sandwich is because it is the only one that comes with a whole real egg. All other offerings (including the sausage, egg with cheese McMuffin) include an egg "product" instead of a whole egg.
The store completed our order perfectly (except they forgot napkins). We received each sandwich without muffin and with an extra egg. Good job guys!

10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® the new McDonald's update on these is TERRIBLE. The chicken mixture used is half the size it was, and is tasteless. The breading is denser and more salty. And NO price reduction for this lesser, saltier product. BAD MOVE McDonald's!
Double Filet-O-Fish® and Deluxe McCrispy™Double Cheeseburger were all delicious.

4 Piece McCrispy™ Strips -breading was very greasy (either reheated or the fryer wasn't hot enough)
Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe - no pickles
Filet-O-Fish® asked for pickles to be added- got a plain sandwich
Big Mac® asked for extra onions- got no onions, very litte sauce, minimal lettuce, no pickles
Apple Pie - a bit overcooked and dry.
Disappointing overpriced meal

The Sausage & Egg McMuffin® was delicious. I always order it without the muffin because when you eat the sandwich with the muffin, you can't taste the sausage or egg much (plus I really like protein). I added an extra Round Egg (a whole cooked egg, not egg product) just because I wanted to add more quality protein.
The Hash Browns are very basic and very similar to a flattened tater tots squished together. Not a whole lot of taste but it adds some crunch to the meal.
The Southern Style Sweet Tea was tasty but I would have preferred to have a mix of half sweetened and half unsweetened.
The thing I was most impressed with was that my special requests (no muffin and no ice in the tea) were performed flawlessly.
