The fries were hot but bottom of the pan. Only a few full sized, the rest smaller and hard. It's a calculated risk you take when you're unable to pick up your own order and assure quality, but disappointing nevertheless. Burger was great and made as requested.

I ordered the bacon quarter pounder meal and I got no bacon ,this isn't the first time either I'm paying extra for bacon and I'm not receiving what I payed for ,French fries were super cold and most of them weren't even fully cooked

I love the Hathaway Location especially comparing it to the kings highway where they are horrible to customers and when they mess something up they don't fix the issue they just pretty much say oh well call doordash when the problem was McDonalds not the delivery driver. It makes me upset that Uber or doordash has to fix McDonald's mistakes and they do it no problem!
This location is great they make the food/drinks right and if there were any issues they would fix it without any argument and with a friendly smile. Unlike the other location where I got talked down to and rudely hung up on so I stopped ordering from there..
