I ordered a caramel frappe with my Sausage McMuffin® Meal and instead of them informing me that they are out or whatever the reason they just sent me a cup of ice cream with whipped cream on top.

How do you delay a order and STILL screw up? My bag was missing a cup holder so my cup of Dr Pepper® (Gave me a sprite instead) spilled all over my bag. French Fries are overcooked and lack any salt. McChicken® is fine but my Apple Pie IS MISSING!!!
