It didn't have a whole lot of caramel or oreo bits. Almost none, actually, but it still tasted very good.

Really Good Breakfast Today from McDonald's...
The Egg McMuffin was fresh and lightly toasted. The Guava and Creme Pie was cooked just right... crispy and light....The Caramel Frappé was also spot on!.....Smooth and creamy, and not too icy. Thanks McDonald's

This was a good breakfast. Everything was prepared right with the exception of the Guava and Creme Pie . It was burned around the edge and dreadfully overcooked. When this happens the creme dries up and the guava become rubbery like paste. It would be a 5 star review otherwise.

Today's, breakfast was perfection!
The Guava and Creme Pie was light and crispy and cooked the right amount of time. I fell in love with it all over again.
The Caramel Frappe was mixed just right and my cusom requests were met.
The Egg McMuffin® was also good. The muffin is easy to overcook which results in blackened , tough edges, but it was ok today.
This review is only of today's breakfast, and not the restaurant overall.
