Every time I order breakfast from this McDonald's they forget my Hotcakes and Sausage. I get syrup, but no pancakes. This place is literally the worst for actually getting the food you pay for. I wouldn't say anything if it was an occasional mistake, but it is every order.

I can't remember the last time I got 20 pc. Chicken McNuggets® that didn't taste like they were under a heat lamp for 40+ minutes. They are always busy, so I don't know how it's possible to have any food sitting for a long time. It's almost like they constantly overcook it. I'm not far from the restaurant, but they still find a way to get me cold fries. My experiences at the actual location are even worse. If they deliver from the West side it's not bad, but the East side is a joke.
