My food is nasty. My nuggets are burnt, my fries are cold and my Big Mac taste like it was reheated. I want a refund

Fries were burned and hard.. They had no cookies but they had left over pies from earlier that had been heat burned and hard as a brick. The fish filet had tartar sauce everywhere I guess since I asked for extra.
