she gave another 13 cookies on top of what I got tasted good and it was so fresh. would order again for sure.

I recently visited my local McDonald's branch and I must say, it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment fell far short of my expectations.
Firstly, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed uninterested and indifferent, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. They took forever to take my order, and once they finally did, they managed to mess it up completely. It was as if they didn't care about providing quality service to their customers.
The food was equally disappointing. The burger I ordered looked nothing like the appetizing images on the menu. It was poorly assembled, with a patty that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The bun was stale and lacked any semblance of freshness. Even the toppings looked sad and wilted.
To add insult to injury, the fries were soggy and lukewarm. It was clear that they had been sitting in the fryer for far too long. The lack of attention to detail and care in preparing the food was evident in every bite.
The overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired as well. Tables were dirty and had not been properly wiped down. The floors were sticky, and garbage bins were overflowing. It was an unpleasant environment that made it difficult to enjoy the meal, let alone feel comfortable while eating.
Considering the exorbitant prices McDonald's charges for their food, I expected much better quality and service. This visit was a complete waste of my time and money. I have always regarded McDonald's as a reliable fast-food chain, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering ever setting foot in one of their restaurants again.
I would strongly advise against visiting this particular McDonald's branch if you value good service, quality food, and a clean dining environment. There are far better fast-food options available that actually deliver on their promises and take pride in satisfying their customers' needs.

Ordered a large fry that was only filled 3/4 of the way, if that. They were also cold. Ordered a large frozen coke and it was also not filled completely either. I expect some melt from the drive over here but not 1/2 of the drink :-/
This location also had my dasher wait for the order but these fries were definitely sitting for awhile before they bagged them up. Considering all i ordered were large fries and a frozen coke, the fries should have been fresh and hot!
