Everything was perfect and delicious but the French fries. Undercooked and a large was half filled just exactly like the other medium we ordered.

This is the third time I have asked and paid for them to add American cheese and there is never any cheese. The ticket says add cheese. This is very frustrating when I can just take it back.

Food was cold, not freshly made! Fries arent even filled up, looks like some are missing! Ordered the 2 meals to get my 2 cups and never got any cups. Very disappointed!
