This was actually my first time trying the Big Mac. It was not what they hyped it up to be. The meat was very small. It had no flavor. They didn't put the cheese on it. I will never order that again.

Worst triple cheeseburger I've ever had in my life! It's so tiny it doesn't even look like a triple! I seriously think the Mcdouble is bigger than this.

I ordered a classic Classic Cheeseburger Pack and a Big Big Mac® no sauce. The order was cold which kind of doesn't bother me because the establishment with make it fresh and then it'll sit waiting on the dasher. However this wasn't the case, all my burgers tasted very dry like they had been sitting on the warmer, the nuggets were old and the fries tasted like old grease. Very disappointed because we was excited for our food...😒

My Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon QPC had no cheese or jalapeno on it.. and my smoothie was barely a little over half filled. And not a huge deal but I only had 9 nuggets instead of 10 lol I've had good service here so I don't know if it was a staff issue this time.
