great food and I really appreciated their packaging, at WP we don't typically have issues with drivers taking food they're really really good in this area and we get a lot of business so we're all very appreciative. only reason it's not five is this location takes a while to prepare :)

The major issue I have with this restaurant is that they never seem to have hot fries. Perhaps it's just an unfortunate luck of the draw or stems from the prolonged time for delivery, but the fries always seem cool and like theyre from the bottom of the barrel.

They always seem to forget one or teo things. They forgot the sauces and forgot my extra fillet for my chicken sandwich.
This is my 3rd time ordering from here and I just wish the employees would just read the orders more carefully, food was still fine just annoyed they keep forgetting a few things.

I've lived in Highland Falls for a year now, and the french fries never taste fresh whether I go to the restaurant myself or have it delivered. if I order it, it always comes cold. If i pick it up myself, it's barely warm, this has been like this for the past year. this specific mcdonalds needs new management.
