Cookies look like they balled up a bunch of dough into a ball and then shoved them into the box. You cannot separate them into individual cookies AT ALL

It was about 10 minutes earlier then it was suppost to be, which I greatly enjoyed. However, I ordered a 20 peice and got.. 19. Nuggets. Pardon??? Was very disappointed. Still tasty though reccomend
