Missing items & they gave me the wrong beverage. The food is usually relatively solid but you may have to go through the motions sometimes, respectfully. Plus the food is way too high priced especially when you aren't getting everything you paid for in the first place

Did not put my hash browns in my order. I only ordered 3 items and they still forget one. My latte did not hv whipped cream or caramel drizzle that I ordered. They are very nice at this location but you always need to check your order because they often make mistakes. This is the 4th time this has happened with this location.

This location continues to NOT read the instructions of the orders. I had selected to remove any pickels from all the sandwiches and had selected 3 types of sauces. Not one instruction was followed. There were pickels in all of the sandwiches and absolutely NO sauces. Extremely disappointing !!!! Never ordering from them again. I have given them literally 4 opportunities, but never again.
