This is the second time I ordered a bagel with extra butter. I thought I would give it a second chance, but even the second time I still couldn't taste any butter at all and could barely see it. If you tilted the bagel you can see a slight sheen on it but that's it. Other than this, everything else was very good as usual. please just add more butter to your bagels. Thank you

Quarter pounder was old, cold, hard and nasty. Fries were cold...delivery was NOT the problem.

The food was very good, as usual, hence the four stars. However, we did not receive the orange juice that we ordered. Please double check the customers orders.
