Bagel burnt, bacon undercooked, and paid extra for vanilla syrup in my coffee, and they didn't put it in. Seriously every time they mess something up. Maybe try putting in quality control, you keep upping your prices, and the food gets worse and worse! Especially at this particular location. Take some pride employees, rather than half doing everything. Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel Meal
