Food is always great but the cost is getting way to high. I can go out and eat at a nice restaurant for the almost the same price as a full meal.

Had requested extra chicken and paid the additional $2.49
Did not get the second piece of chicken.
I understand as I've worked in food service when things are busy, but when you pay extra for something, it should be on there.
