My two Big Breakfast® with Steak & Hotcakes came with no steak one had a terrible excuse for an egg the sausage was still frozen that they replaced my steak with, my Oatmeal wasn't even half full and they did not put any nuts and raisins or anything to go with any of my food, the Caramel Latte was half full and nasty, the Premium Roast Coffee was not black it had cream n sugar in it, the entire order was just awful and I paid 35 bucks for a meal I didn't eat. I'm livid.

The food was good as always but once again we had an item missing. I also wish they would add an option for 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea or 1/2 cut as they call it.
