Absolutely revolting. My medium fried were stone cold and half missing. My strawberry thick shake was some luke warm watery vanilla sludge and my burger was coated in the sauce I asked to have removed, almost as if someone thought it was funny to do so. Money completely thrown down the drain and have to go to bed hungry.

They cannot follow instructions, asked for no lettuce or sauce on my toddlers Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap and it came with it in. They have a Shake and Frappe section with only has a choc shake to choose from which is just useless. Also they don't have banana bread for ordering on it's own but can be bought as an add on to a cafe drink yet the muffins are available without having to be an add on. I hate ordering from this store because it is just all round useless, I prefer and will order from Karingal when I can as they have my frappe and banana bread available and can read and follow your instructions. They also deliver faster than Frankston.
