There was an item missing from my order when it was dropped off, however, I was impressed on how quickly the driver and the manager fixed the issue and they were both very polite. Mistakes happen, what matters is how it's resolved.

you could feel that the fries were hard not like normal crispy just overly hard difficult to explain but they weren't crispy they were just hard French Fries
