I really don't know what's been going on with Mean Mug but this used to be my go to coffee shop for drinks and food. But the last few times I've ordered from here it's been very disappointing.
My BAT 2.0 had two 2 small pieces of bacon when they're usually pretty generous and alhove a perfect amount of bacon. I had to fold them in half (like shown in picture) to get a bite of bacon with at least almost every bite. As well as they keep giving me wheat bread when I ask for sourdough.
I got my baby some Cheese Grits and they were right under half way empty. (If you're expecting the toppings like the photo of the grits show, don't. They have never once came with the toppings)
The Peanut Butter Toast came with no bananas , no black berries or anything on the toast besides some blueberries thrown on it and big chunks of strawberries, they couldn't even bother to slice them down.
As well as the Breakfast Potatoes were under cooked and tasted awful. They usually come a little undercooked but today was a little too much. The taste? I'm not sure if they put too much of that red seasoning or what.
I usually rave about this shop but my last few orders something has been wrong and this time the only thing that came correctly was my drink, seems like the store needs to retrain some of the kitchen employees.

The food was cold by the time I got it. The biscuit was dry, the eggs were overcooked, and the grits tasted like they were days old. Gross.

Absolutely delicious...love the Bagel Sandwhich, The Egg & Avocado Toast, and the Dirty Chai Latte! Mean Mug never disappoints!
