I love their slushes but when I tried to call to correct an order and ask a question, someone there on purposely picked up and hung up the phone 3 times. Shows they only care about your money.

I ordered the Fresh Milk Herbal Tea and it tasted terrible. It tasted mostly like milk with no tea flavor at all. My Grass Jelly Soups were missing ingredients. They didn't come with taro or QQ mochi. I order from here all the time, so I'm very disappointed by today's products.
