They were out of the Pomegranate Razz Sorbet. They didn't call us - the dasher didn't call us - they didn't text us - they just substituted it. Because they changed it on their end - it showed up on the receipt that we ordered the Pineapple. I called the store and he told me I ordered the Pineapple - I asked him if they were out of the Pomegranate and he said yes. I thought I made a mistake by ordering the wrong thing. I hang up and then an email shows up saying the "merchant" made a new selection for me. It's too expensive to do that. I had the whole thing refunded by Door Dash.
