i was trying to put this on their website as hadnt realised at the time that they are nationwide. (need to put feedback link on your website) Brilliant customer service. I know we should not encourage drinking but if other customer related companies took a leaf out of the above franchise (shout out to Parklands) then those in the service industry would not have the burn out.
