I have been ordering weekly for a while now. Last weeks I almost broke a tooth biting into the bulgar wheat that was only half cooked but I chalked it up to a fluke. This week instead of a bowl it was in a metal to go container and pushed the top down and squashed everything. Also more than half the bowl was all rice that also was half cooked and crunchy, couldnt be eaten only the tinest bits of every else like a teaspoon of hummus. Half went uneaten. Please check in with your kitchen staff so I dont have to change restaurants. I really have enjoyed the food for so long.

They really skimp on the portions, $18 for a bowl filled 1/3 of the way. $3 for a side of sauce - 4oz that they do not fill but maybe 2/3.. and the sides that come with it are half way filled. Maybe they can't afford to stay in business so they have to ration the food? Gave them a second chance won't be ordering again. A shame because the food is good.

Pay for extra protein and didn't receive even one complete portion just a bowl full of rice and almost no protein. I pay for the extra protein for a reason
