Their sopas are, across the board, excellent. Always fresh with plenty of meat and toppings on each. The meats are well cooked and tender not dried out like some other food trucks. Highly recommended!

Quesadillas were so yummy! Chicken was super moist and the quesadillas were very flavorful. The street tacos were also yummy but steak was a tad dry but that can happen with it being a to go order. I'll definitely be eating here again! Thank you for the good food!

Honestly Taqueria Mi Pueblito has the best tacos in town the Tacos Carnitas / Pork and the tacos de adobada are super delicious. The Sopes Asada / Beef are amazing as well and the SALSA GREEN is delicious 100% reccomend.

I love Mi Pueblito, but one thing definitely fell short this time. Be aware that all of the items referred to as "veggie" contain no actual vegetables. They are just beans and rice. This was a pretty big disappointment on our last order, since we were craving something modestly nutritious with fresh veggies and ordered several "veggie" items. Most of it went uneaten since their beans and rice are not the best. If we wanted bean burritos/tacos, we would have looked for bean burritos on the menu. They really need to change those titles in the menu or describe what is in them. On the positive side, the carnitas is amazing and we all love the flautas too.

This place never disappoints. Food is always fresh and hot. The Sopes Asada / Beef is one of the best I've ever had!
