The Birriabecue Tacos w/consome delicious! The brisket is strong in taste naturally, so id recommend to the owner to start adding more cheese, and provide a side of fresh chopped onions and cilantro. The fresh onions with consome provides that birria balance, taste for a full authentic feel. But still very good, im just a Mexican who loves their birria w/ consome rich flavor. Id also recommend to add napkins if possible, it gets messy lol But overall I enjoyed the tacos, and consome. I also love the jelepeno w/ bacon! All cooked with perfection! The Banana Pudding - Small was over the moon delicious, the size was perfect. Not too small, but big enough to fulfill my desert needs haha after a nice meal.

my mind and taste buds are blown. mind blown because all my life SC has produced sub par BBQ, my taste buds are blown because I just ate tremendously flavorful Brisket - LargeCarolina Pork - LargePimento Cheese Fries from this place. oder was complete with sauces and eating utensils. 5 star experience from beginning to end. Will definitely make this a go to next time I'm in the area

This was waaaayyy better than I expected. The Smoked Wings cola sauce were cooked to perfection and delicious. I got the Banana Pudding - Small but I wish I got the larger size. Would def order again if I'm in the area.

Delicious food, and the portions were much larger than expected! You definitely get your money's worth. The Nachos Libre was a large appetizer/starter. It was ordered for one person, but could easily be split between three. And the Well Fed Bbq was absolutely yummy! The ribs were perfectly tender, able to fall apart with just plastic utensils, and the brisket and chicken was amazingly moist. Will be ordering from here again next time I'm in the mood for a large and tasty meal!

Birrabecue Tacos, Cheese Louise and banana pudding were phenomenal.
While I have had the cheese Louise and banana pudding last time I was in Columbia. And they are still amazing and I highly recommend them.
The birrabecue tacos were the new item I tried this time. It blew me away.
This restaurant even after the first time I tried it, stayed with me a year later when I am visiting Columbia again. I immediately recalled and wanted to have Midwood smokehouse again.
But this second time proved it wasn’t just a one off good meal.
Do yourself a favor and try Midwood Smokehouse.
You won’t regret it.
