The seasonings are flavorful, but they use low-quality steak -- fatty and chewy. Plus, they overwhelm the fajitas and picados with fillers so you get mostly onions, peppers, and tomatoes with very little meat. For their prices, I notice. The churros are always hard or stale. Sadly, it's still the better Mexican food around, which isn't saying much for the overall market.

Not Mijares best. I one burrito, the chicken didn't taste good snd there was no lettuce. In the other, there were more onions than anything, on whole olive and the beef was unseasoned. The tamale was okay, but $8.95 for one is maddening. I'm super disappointed. I've eaten here in and on for over 20 years. It'll probably be a while before I try again

Tacquitos were excellent and the Guacamole was super fresh! The Kid Chicken Enchilada meal was superb...the little one wanted more. Next time I will order two meals...he is a big 10 yr old.

Simple stuff. No Guac. No Sour cream. Just some dancing lettuce and tomatoes in the box. Amigos you get both. After some, what 50 years in business? I live three blocks away and thought I would give it a go. Come on Mijares. Rock it out! Go bold. Like just basic stuff.
