I'm from Nashville Tn just passing through Carthage Tx and we decided to order from Milanos's and O my goodness it was the best I have ever had by far, I've spent $$$ at some world famous Nashville restaurants and they don't even come close to this place. We order alot from this place through DoorDash. However yesterday we were very disappointed. My wife got the Shrimp Scampi and the shrimp were not fully cooked. This is the first time we have had any issues with this restaurant.
