I thought I was splurging by getting a $25 salmon breakfast, but this Crispy Salmon Hash is a very, VERY generous, meaty, piece that is nicely complimented by its coating.
I misread the descriptor, thought the hash would be sweet potatoes. They are white; soft cooked, and have a lot of cheese melted on top. The dish has a generous sprinkling of green onions that are flavorful on the potatoes.
The Cajun sauce, a little thin and oily, has a little peppery bite. The spinach sauce makes me regret that spinach is off my menu these days; very tasty - creamy and filled with spinach.
Really, I would be happy to have the salmon by itself. A good buy.

Really good Chef Sammy's Award Winning Shrimp & Grits. The portion was huge and will be about three meals for me. The Fried Catfish Side wasn't bad but it was little too salty (in my opinion). I only ate a small piece of one fillet due to the heavy seasoning.

The French toast was so soft and fluffy. It wasn't to sweet and the fruit tasted so fresh. I will definitely be getting the berries and cream French toast again. While trying something new from here as well. Definitely worth the wait and the money. Oh,and the Deep Fried Strawberry Biscuits. TOP TIER.Coming back for more!

Catfish & Grits is truly delish! Grits are thick and creamy. Cajun Cajun Caesar Salad had small piece of salmon but was seasoned well. Crispy salmon hash is good. Very filling. Great portion size.

Deep Fried Salmon Hash and Cheesy Grits So good! Salmon was crispy and flaky the hash was delicious and the grits weren't grainy. They were smooth and creamy. Hands down my favorite DoorDash Order by far.
