I love the egg white omelette, it's full of flavor. This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes from Mimi's! The food is always hot and always consistent and always DELICIOUS!

Salmon and the mashed potatoes are excellent, but the au gratin potatoes were NOT EDIBLE.
They were hard, no cheese, no creaminess. They had to have been really old.
The side salad was nice. Love the ranch dressing.
