I was Craving Ethnic Comfort Food today and my cravings were met upon the arrival of the 14. Steamed Salted Fish with Pork Patty (鹹魚蒸肉餅) reminiscent of my childhood, cooked by my Grandmother and Mother 👌🌺 Ming Dynasty is the only place in Sactown that cooks this dish to perfection 👌 To accompany this dish I had the O25. Yang Zhou Fried Rice (揚州炒飯) instead of steamed white rice, I found the various ingredients were blended wonderfully with the Salted Fish. In addition, I ordered the Cilantro Rice Noodle Roll 芫茜腸粉 which is refreshing and compensated the tasty salty fish excellently. Satisfaction Completed. Thank you Ming Dynasty, you Shine ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Ordered the Hald Roasted Duck and Unlike many other places, dont expect any buns or garnish. Simply ordering the C4. Roasted Duck (明爐燒鴨) by itself. Aside from that easy to pick up, duck was good.
