This is BY FAR the best Chinese food I've had in NC as someone from the northeast. Everything was cooked to perfection, the meat tasted fresh and tender, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Highly recommend.

The Crab Rangoon was crispy, not chewy...very tasty. The vegetable fried rice and the pork fried rice perfect...the sesame chicken cooked perfectly and had plenty of sesame and sweet/sour sauce. This experience was one of the very best we've had in years and will DEFINITELY be back! Y'all killed it!

I really enjoyed the Crab Rangoons (6) - crispy on the outside and full of crab-cream cheese goodness on the inside. The red sauce was nice and thick to dip it in. I got the Sesame Tofu / General Tso's Tofu (general tso sauce with white rice). The sauce was thick and had a good amount of heat to it, but not too spicy. The tofu is cut up and fried into cubes. There was a large amount of tofu on top of a bed of broccoli! Great with the steamed rice! So far the best Chinese food I've found in Huntersville. Will be ordering again to test consistency.

Ordered the L13. Sesame Chicken with a Bottled Dr. Pepper . Portion size is great and the food came steaming hot! Ming Garden is always awesome for me!

while this might be a take out Chinese, the general tso chicken was amazing. it was better than most of not all general tso chicken that I have had in the south east for the last 20 years. the food showed up hot and the portion was good. definitely will reorder in the future.
