Beef noodles are good, the soup is nice with great amount of herbs, 8.5/10. The pancake can be better. The crepe layer is still crispy when I received the order. But it's so greasy that the oil is enough to damp the container. I hope they would take away the grease residue.
And no chopsticks or napkins were provided though the options were included in the order.

Papaya salad was nicely seasoned and crisp, prawns tasted fresh. The chicken pho (lacked aromatics, dry packaged noodles, tasted like MSG) was terrible and Saigonese Noodle was OK.

The combinationPho was a bit bland and the tripe was tough and rubbery. It would have been 4-5 stars if the soup was a bit more concentrated and full bodied and the tripe boiled more to tenderise it.
