Always a surprising take on Chinese cuisine. I've eaten nearly everything on the menu. Highest marks for Tingly Mapo Tofu (pork or mushroom), Fried Chicken (any style), Westlake Lamb Dumplings (5 Pieces) , Tiki Pork Belly, Salt Cod Fried Rice, and ALL the veg dishes...🤤

The Sichuan Carbonara was flavorless and watery unfortunately but the the beef Classic Chow Mein with beef was11/10 fantastic. The Westlake Lamb Dumplings (5 Pieces) were stellar.
