• DoorDash orderFinally Soul Food in SCV! Mama’s Fish Plate was perfectly seasoned and fried. Mac n cheese was very flavorful and reminded me of home. Cornbread taste like cake. Portions were just right, please dont go smaller or out of business. Happy hours prices are a bonus!

Who ma collard greens sweet? Ser gross! Fish fillets are not supposed to have bones! I had heard this place wasn't good. Thats what I get for be harheaded! The Yams are overly sweet!

• DoorDash orderWe ordered the 8 Pieces Fried Chicken Meal and 6 Pieces Fried Shrimp and was super happy with everything. The shrimp and chicken were both well cooked and super flavorful and the mac and cheese and potato salad were ourstanding. There was a familiar spice I couldnt pick out in the potato salad (curry powder maybe?) but it was unique and quite good. The icing on top was the cornbread. Sweat, moist, delicious. This will be my new fried chicken spot!
