the salad was good but no utensils were included with the order. There was a lot of bacon fat pieces included in the salad, maybe put less bacon fat in the salads, please and thank you.

ordered the largest size salad. it came with a single sized container of vinegar & ranch and no pesto sauce. very disappointing. :-(
