The Pizza had to be cooked a little longer. Thankfully I have a Convection Oven to Cook it to perfection. After cooking for another 10 minutes the Pizza was prefect!!!

Pizza was good, just came lukewarm. I like the texture of the cauliflower crust and the plant based sausage goes pretty well with the pepperoni and the sauce. I'm glad I added oregano, too
