Consistent and good but this time the rice was under cooked and crunchy in a bad way

The burrito was so hard i could barely bite into it. Rice was like rocks and even though it was chicken there was just as much steak in there. The queso lid was off so most ofit had spilled and soaked the chips so they were soft and squishy. Didn t have enough for my burrito at all.

Barely any meat in both Burrito and the rice was smushie. Also the Burritos were very dry. Both Burritos were unmarked and not in seperate bags. No napkins either :-(

Kids Burritos were perfect size and they ate it right away. Burrito was soo big and filling i could only have one. thanks for all the chips, I should of gotten more Moe's Famous Queso. love it!! thank you Moe's!!
