I have always been a fan of Moe's. The food is great and consistent. The one issue I continue to experience is the packaging. My latest order was 2 Homewrecker burritos, nachos with queso on the side. One plastic bag utilized with the nachos on the bottom, then paperback of chips, 2 burritos, 2 salsa cups and queso smashed into chips. The bag was so compressed that my nachos top was bent making the toppings stick to the top. I realize this may seem trivial and didn't impact the food taste, it is just frustrating to receive your order with smashed up chips and entree when it could be corrected by simply using 1 more paper bag with burritos, salsa and queso.

Per usual something is wrong. So 1st I get 2 bags of chips for what was supposed to be 6 orders of chips. I put them together and the bag still was not full. On my food specifically, the Poblano Crema and cheese were missing. Then, to top it off for the 3RD TIME the Guacamole is unseasoned. Not lacking seasoning. COMPLETELY UNSEASONED. The only reason I ordered was for that. You all really need to do quality checks because this is ridiculous. Hoover would never & has never.
