Tasted off, it was mostly tortilla no content and the peppers/onions weren't cooked. There were no jalapeños at all even though they were on the order. Just weird because this location has always been good.

My chicken was raw extremely raw. Couldn't eat any of it and portion was half the size that I usually get

Basically a bowl of onions. Forgot ingredients that were ordered. Added peppers and onions to the bowl, one peppet strip and the equivilant to a whole onion, made it impossible to eat
