Chicken and steak both tasted like they were frozen. Texture and taste was sub par. Dissappointed to say the least. Will not be ordering again.

The three tacos were good, but the peppers didn't seem grilled and the didn't have tomatoes as an option which goes with a classic taco. The queso seemed tasteless and it is too messy for tacos, and I don't recommend cucumber and they skimped on the toppings. As for the free chips and salsa good thing it was free because there wasn't any salsa. The cookie is ok, but probably wouldn't get again.

Bristol Moe's is the most toxic relationship I've ever had in my life, bc although they always mess up my order, I still keep giving them chance after chance. Today was the final straw when they forgot the MEAT & guac on my burrito bowl, both of which were an upcharge since I ordered the birria meat. The irony is that the receipt taped to the lid of my bowl was correct. starting to think it's a literacy issue? I wish I could say that the customer service was better in person, but that would be a lie. Just go to the southington location, or be prepared to be disappointed and have to fight with doordash to even get a partial refund.

The rice in the home wrecker bowl was too seasoned for me and I didn't enjoy it. Although it was powerful with seasoning it didn't taste good. The hard shell taco was soft by the time the food got delivered. I would not order this again.
