Definitely a contender for the best sushi in pittsburgh. The Scottish Salmon nigiri was incredibly tender and flavorful, the Blue Crab roll was great. The Shrimp Tempura & Cucumber roll didnt travel super well, the tempura lost its crisp, but it was still very good flavor-wise. I ordered via DoorDash specifically so I could leave a review here. Mola is great. Normally I go for the king salmon, but the regular ol' Scottish Salmon as sashimi was very good as well. Fresh, a nicely cut and generous portion with good flavor and melt in your mouth texture. I always get the Bluefin Toro Shiso CR because I just like it. It's hard to find things with shiso and it pairs well with the fatty toro, in my opinion. I've had this roll I think five times now and it's been good every time.
Also recommended: King salmon chirashi; sakura masu; the pork bun; otoro nigiri or sashimi. I didn't love the red Hokkaido uni but it's kind of the wrong season AND it's been 20 years since I last had any, so it's possible my palate has changed. I'll be trying it again in the winter months, though!

Love this place so much. I get it at least every week and am always satisfied. The only downside is that the tuna tartar is pretty expensive considering how little tuna I get sometimes. I sometimes get guac and a piece of tuna

I really loved my lunch from here! The sushi was great, my absolute favorite was the Spicy Salmon CR and I highly recommend it. I also got the Pork Belly Bao and it was awesome, although pretty small so I recommend getting 2 if you are hungry. The Taro Milk Tea was one of the best I’ve had (I got the lychee jelly in it which was perfect). I actually went in person several days after ordering online and tried another sushi roll, I can’t remember the exact name but it was fatty tuna and one of the best rolls I’ve ever had in my life.

I love this place. I have yet to order something I havent loved. The Spicy Salmon Poke is fresh & delicious. The chirashi bowl is delightful— in part because their rice is so flavorful. Even their Spicy Edamame are addictive. Also, their dining room is pretty small so being able to order it for delivery makes me very happy. My only issue is that I eat it too fast and never remember to take pics for this app.
