Momo (himalayan dumpling) dumpling filled with meat or vegetables or cheese as well other ingredients. it is served with grilled tomato relish (golbheda ko achar). we have different choices for you like fried momo, chilly momo (pan-fried with onion, capsicum and medium or mild chili sauce according to your liking), jhol (soup) momo, sadheko momo (steamed then marinaded with spicy or mild sauce) and bhatti momo (steamed and cooked with warm curried bone broth with meat pieces)
