This vegan restaurant is very innovative! Their Cacio E Uova is their take on pasta carbonara and is an exact copy of it taste wise. They got all the umami-ness of the bacon, the vegan egg yolk has same flavor as regular egg yolk! One of my favorites the vegan cheesesteak , has the same flavor as a cheese whiz steak! Dont forget the long hots! Portions are huge. I would order again!

Delivered via DoorDash, arrived in nice to-go containers and still hot! Portions are quite large - the side Caesar salad could have been a small meal itself. Speaking of, the croutons, capers, and dressing were phenomenal on big chunks of fresh, crispy lettuce. The Korean BBQ Wing had great spice (as in flavor, not heat), tasty all around. The General Tso's Cutlet Hoagie was enormous and every bite was delicious . The sauce could have done with a little more kick, but everything about that sandwich makes me want another. Superb meal! (Our soda was forgotten as part of the order, but the situ was immediately rectified through the app, no harm nor foul, still easily earns 5 stars for the meal!)

This was outstanding. I highly recommend the Truffle Alfredo pasta, it was delicious and really taste. I got it with a side of a Vegan Chicken cutlet! Get that duo, you won't regret at all. Delicious and big portion.
