Mole negro is sublime. Complex flavors delicately balanced in the dark chocolate nectar. Chicken breast was tender but a bit dry, as chicken breast tends to be. Not overcooked. Chiles Relleno also exceptional, as are rice & beans! Flan was transcendent. Savored each bite. Only disappointment was the empanada. Great flavor in loose quesadilla form. Not like any empanada I've ever seen. Delicious but difficult to eat.
