The potato bun is so soft even though it looks thick- ITS NOT. The bacon is chopped up and the mushrooms are a soft yet crip brown. And the fries are delicious... just wish they were slightly thicker.

Been working at an onsite location. Never heard of this place before, but I was udderly amoosed.
The loaded Shareable Hand-Cut Fries (wtf is that cheese? It's sooo good) and the Oreo Big MOO Shake are *****kn amazing.
And yes— this moo-shake 100% brings all the cows to the yard.
I promise it's worth the pasture time.

The fries were black and molded. The burger patty was cut in half and the edges did not line up. I paid extra for cheese and it was not on the burger. I called and they said they dont cut burgers in half so there's nothing I can do. Okay, then who did cut it?! Utensils were not provided. Waited an hour just to toss it and still be hungry. Never again!

I was over one hour and 30 minutes late to pick up and the store stayed open just to get me my order. Customer Service is flawless and phenomenal. I never expected them to accommodate for my late arrival, especially after saying nothing after all ordering online.
