Occasionally they are a little dry but you can't always be perfect. For the price they are one of the best burgers. Even compared to some restaurants.

Melted milkshake not blended at all, soggy barely warm Personal Hand-Cut Fries exact same as some poorly homemade ones, soggy burger but it tasted decent barely any bacon, top bun on the burger was incredibly thin and didn't even cover half of it, I didn't receive my Chocolate Chip Cookie (1) either

Paid for drink and did not receive one. Zero napkins or Condiments. burgers were ok but lacked flavor and requested condiments..fries were decent and would have been better with Ketchup or ranch. Definitely need napkins especially when delivered to a hotel which was put in the address for delivery.. will not order again
